Mostly, these are watched by the kids or teenagers for they are the ones who can relate to it. The stories are very practical and realistic. The target viewers of these kinds of films are generally the young adults and teenagers because they are the ones who do not understand their stages yet however, here are films that will help them understand what it is really like. Most of these movies are very successful that it ran in cinemas for almost a month.
The most popular “Barkada” Movie in the Philippine History is T.G.I.S. This is an ordinary afternoon series turned into one phenomenal movie basically about a group of friends’ adventure that turned out to be the greatest challenge they could ever have as a group and a growing individual. Another is Gimik, The Movie, which by the way, is a very interesting movie. It is also about a group of friends trying to grow and support each other all the way through. This talented girl turned into one magnificent women of talents finally paved its own way to stardom. People started seeing her when she was still a teenager and people started loving her when she started doing movies especially those love stories and when she joined Gimik. She is also a very good singer, host and entrepreneur. Most of her remarkable movies were Gimik, Hey Babe, Ouija, and many more. She has in fact a lot of offers and still giving us the best quality movies ever.
Kim Chui
This teenager is way too famous for winning a reality show and has come way too far in her acting career. She had making movies since and they are all loved and supported by many especially when she is paired with Gerald Anderson, her famous love team. This teenager has melted the hearts of many boys all over the Philippines through her movies. Here are some of her movies:
